FAQ
Does PEAK coordinate union labor on the Strip?
Yes. Our crews dispatch through IATSE Local 720, the stage-hand local that has served Las Vegas since 1939. We handle call sheets, overtime logs and invoicing so you never juggle multiple vendors.
What are the load-in windows and dock clearances at the LVCC?
The West Hall gives us 41 loading docks and a 59-ft × 32-ft sky-fold door, allowing full-height LED walls or tour buses to roll straight onto the floor; dock access typically opens at 5 a.m., but PEAK can pre-rig overnight with venue approval.
Can you stream in 4K without buffering?
Absolutely. Cox Business supplies dual 10 Gbps fiber circuits that we bond to our 12G-SDI fly-pack, keeping latency under 100 ms to any CDN.
How much weight can we hang in West Hall?
Rigging points support 2,000–4,000 lbs each, giving plenty of headroom for 40-ft ROE LED chandeliers or line-array clusters.
How far ahead should we book—and what if plans change?
Book large expos ~90 days out; for add-ons, our Polaris-Avenue warehouse is two miles from the LVCC, so extra gear reaches the dock in ≈45 minutes.
