Overview
The National Apartment Association (NAA) Show is a premier industry event bringing together thousands of multifamily housing professionals, exhibitors, and partners from across North America. In a milestone moment for Peak Technologies, our team was selected as the official audiovisual provider for the entire show, supporting a wide range of exhibitor and program needs across the show floor
Over the course of the event, Peak executed 60 individual projects, ranging from small, standalone touchscreen deployments to large-scale, agency-led booth environments, demonstrating both flexibility and depth across the full spectrum of AV delivery.
The Challenge
Serving as the official AV partner for an event of this scale required supporting vastly different project scopes simultaneously, while maintaining consistency, responsiveness, and technical excellence.
Key challenges included:
- Managing 60 concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity
- Supporting everything from lightweight touchscreen installations to one of the show’s largest custom booth environments, executed in collaboration with a major agency
- Coordinating AV delivery across dozens of exhibitors under live show conditions
- Maintaining reliability, consistency, and rapid on-site support throughout the event
